Community Relations South American Silver values its commitment to strong community relations. Believing it to be a vital component of a successful exploration project, we strive to consistently enhance our understanding of the communities in which we operate. South American Silver has more than 100 years combined exploration and project management expertise with over 30 years specific to Bolivia. In addition, our Community Relations Managers are business professionals from the region, who speak the local indigenous languages of Aymara and Quechue. From the very beginning of the project our community relations strategy has been to maintain strong community involvement by utilizing resident service businesses and skilled local workers during all stages of the operation. We believe that open communication and community collaboration minimizes opposition and improves project viability.
